Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned for outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. **Ceremony will be moved inside for weather if needed.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! Free parking will be provided, and venue staff will be onsite to direct parking.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be prepaid. Once the prepaid amount is exceeded, it will convert to a cash bar.

Please RSVP no later than September 23rd, so we can inform vendors of our final guest count!

Can I take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! However, we respectfully ask everyone to allow our wedding photographer to have priority for any and all photo opportunities. For anyone interested, we will be sure to make these photos available for viewing after the wedding once we receive them! **Please refrain from any photos/videos during the ceremony**

Is a block of rooms reserved for this wedding?

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure hotel blocks due to the popularity of events. We have provided a list of hotels in the area on the Hotel Information page!

What will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Dinner will be a staff-served buffet style meal including two meat options, Chopped BBQ or Grilled Chicken over Rice, and several side options including green beans and mac n cheese.
