Can I post on social media while the event is happening?

Answer

The Bride and Groom request that photos not be posted on social media until the couple posts their photos first. Please leave the announcing to the couple announcing!

What's the age limit?

Answer

The bride and groom request that all attendees be 15 years old or above.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is at the Victorian Vineyard in the Hockinson area of Vancouver, WA. There is a private road that leads directly to the venue when arriving; signs will be out front.

What is the date and time of the wedding?

June 5th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue will host the ceremony outside on pine needle-covered dirt up a small hill. Then the reception will be in a tent with half concrete, half turf ground. There will be a water feature on one side of the tent, so mind your steps.

Cocktail is the dress code for this wedding event.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If you plan on bringing a plus-one to the event, run it by the Bride or Groom before RSVP-ing for your party.

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m. PST in the outside venue. It will be a summer day here in Washington, so please be mindful of how you dress.

What are we eating? Also, I have restrictions.

It will be an Italian night with a wine bar open for guests. Five different pastas and two salad options for everyone. The couple has made sure all restrictions are accounted for, and there will be options available for everyone.

What's parking like?

Answer

There will be limited parking at the venue on the day of the event. Up to 22 cars are allowed on the lot.

You can find our wedding registries at the "Registry" page on the website, and on Amazon (link provided at the bottom of the registry page).

Where do I send the gifts?

Answer

The bride's wonderful Grandmother has allowed her home to be used as a place for gifts. The address is attached to the registries.

Where should I look for hotels?

Answer

The wedding will be in Hockison, WA. The bride and groom suggest aiming for Battle Ground, Salmon Creek, or the Orchards area if you want an Airbnb.

Where should I fly?

Answer

Go to the Portland Airport (PDX). If you fly into Seattle Airport, it will be a 3+ hour journey to reach Battle Ground.

Where should phones go during the ceremony?

Answer

This event is an unplugged ceremony, and encourages guests to enjoy the moment and not be behind a screen.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2026. If you missed the deadline, we wish you could have been there to celebrate with us.

Can I change my RSVP information?

Answer

If you need to change your RSVP information, contact the mother-of-the-Groom at (360)-798-6488. Mention who you are in relation to the couple when changing information so everything stays organized.

Is there transport available?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will be no transportation provided for guests, as all events are happening very close to each other, with walker/wheelchair access throughout the venue.

Can we give cash gifts or handmade gifts?

Answer

Yes, cash gifts are welcome. Handmade gifts for the couple are always encouraged as the pair love having artwork and other crafts made by those close around their home.

Will there be a photographer?

Answer

Yes, the photographer will get photos that the Bride and Groom specifically ask for, and there won't be time for spare photos.
