When should I RSVP by?

We ask everyone to kindly RSVP by July 15th, 2025.
Question
What is the best way to travel to Wild Basin Lodge?
Answer
Your own car will be the easiest way to get to our venue. The drive is about 20 minutes from Estes Park (depending on where you plan to stay in the area). There is a parking lot at our venue that can accommodate our guests. Uber and Lyft will not be available to transport you from the venue back to Estes Park (there is no cell service at the lodge and the drivers will not come to Allenspark to pick you up). If you prefer not to drive, it may be best to utilize a shuttle company that you can reserve ahead of time- or designate a DD! Please plan ahead- we don't want you to be stranded in Allenspark without a way to get back to your accomodations.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes- but please keep in mind that our venue is located at 8,310 ft, so make sure you drink lots of water as well! Outside alcohol is not allowed at our venue- let us provide that for you if you’d like to drink. Marijuana is also prohibited at our venue.
Question
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place outside, but the dinner and reception will take place inside the lodge.

Can I take photos?
Answer
Yes, but we do ask that you put away all phones and cameras during the ceremony as our wonderful photography team will be capturing that moment for us!
