Guests can reserve their accommodations by calling 1-800-422-0600, referencing Booking ID#11591 Friel-Huet Wedding, and noting the arrival date of 10/16/2026 to receive your group rate. Please note - ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE GUARANTEED. Individuals will be asked to provide a one night's room and tax deposit in order to guarantee a reservation. Deposits must be made by cash, check or major credit card. Please note - If using a check as a method of payment, the Atlantic Sands Hotel shall receive it no later than two weeks prior to the arrival date Cancellations: There will be no refund for early checkouts. Anyone checking out prior to the agreed upon departure date, will be responsible for their full stay. If guests cancel a guaranteed reservation for any reason, they must do so 72 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a refund of deposit which equals 1 night of your stay. All rooms within your block will be reserved on a “Run of the House” basis, meaning guests are guaranteed accommodations at the contracted group rate but not a specific room type or location.
