For anyone who would like to join, we’ll kick off the weekend with a scenic hike from Fort Baker up to Battery Spencer for beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. The hike includes a steady uphill climb of approximately 500 feet, so we recommend comfortable walking or hiking shoes, water, and a layer. Please meet us outside the Bay Area Discovery Museum at 10:30 AM. If you’re staying at Cavallo Point, the meeting point is a short walk away. Cocktail-style dinner and drinks. The venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, and it can get chilly by the bay, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap.
