Black Tie Optional/Formal Please join us in celebrating our special day with elegant, formal attire. We request that guests wear black tie optional attire: tuxedos or formal suits for the gentlemen, and evening gowns, long or midi dresses for the ladies. We want everyone to feel glamorous and festive, so feel free to add your own personal flair while keeping with the formal dress code.
Please arrive at 4:30pm, as we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 5:00pm.
While we love our little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event with the exception of our flower girl. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list so our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Please RSVP on our website RSVP page as soon as you can. The deadline is April 1st. We kindly ask that you not make us chase you down to RSVP (:
There is parking at the venue. We just ask to please be safe and drive responsibly if doing so. Cars may stay overnight but must be picked up by 11am the next day.
We will have shuttles picking up and dropping off for the wedding at Home 2 Suites in Leesburg. The bus will be arrive at 3:15PM to leave promptly by 3:30PM. Please be advised that there are unpaved dirt roads to get to our venue and there will most likely not be ubers available.
Our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. We will be providing water and fans at the ceremony upon arrival.
The bus will be picking people up from the Home 2 Suites in Leesburg at 3:45pm. It will be about a 30-40 minute drive so please plan accordingly.
