Beth and Kaitlyn met in college through Tri Delta. Their friendship became stronger their super-senior years when Beth told Kaitlyn they were going to the Peach Bowl together if UCF made it. They surely made it and off they were off to Atlanta to watch the New Year's Day bowl. After almost freezing on their way to the game, they were able to watch the Knights become the 2017 National Champions. Alix lights up each room she walks into with her bubbly personality and always puts a smile on your face by making you feel special. Where do I begin? The famous Jim, Jimbo, Padre, Dad. The most loving, caring, thoughtful and selfless father to walk this earth. He would do anything for his girls and he sure does. He is a phenomenal baker and may be in charge of the wedding cake if he sharpens up his piping skills. Jim loves to watch football, go on long walks and smoke cigars by the pool.
