Fort McHenry's defense of Baltimore during the War of 1812 inspired Francis Scott Key to write the Star Spangled Banner. Now run by the National Park Service, you can tour the Fort and is easily reachable via taxi/uber/lyft.

The Walters is an incredible art museum in the Mount Vernon neighborhood, close to many restaurants and attractions. Admission is free!

Located in an 1860s oyster cannery on the waterfront, this museum isn't huge but provides a good overview of Baltimore's industrial and commercial history
America's first Catholic Cathedral. Check the website for when tours are available, also located next to the Walters and the Washington Monument.

Located right by the hotel, historic Fell's Point is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and waterfront spaces. A perfect place to walk around in your spare time.
Federal Hill park is a great public space with panoramic views of downtown and the Harbor, and there's plenty of shopping, bars, and restaurants nearby.
