Maid of Honor
Betsy is my older sister and I couldn’t be luckier to have her in my life. Even though we are polar opposites in every way imaginable, we have the best time together and she has always taken care of and protected me. I’m so relieved to know that you will be standing right next to me on our wedding day!
Best Man
Brandon is my brother, my friend, and father of my two adorable nieces. I have been so blessed to have been able to grow up alongside him and could never imagine a better younger bro to go through life with. Brandon has always been there for me; unless his car needed more loving. Seriously though, through the trials of growing up and sharing life together, we have become closer year after year. I am delighted to have him by my side.
Favorite of Honor
Amanda is my cousin and we have always been close despite our age difference. We have been life long vacation roomies- I think we have been roomies on at least 10 cruises! Amanda is my sprit animal, Sagittarius sister and gets me better than anyone. Love you favorite, thank you for standing beside me on our wedding day!
Groomsman
I know this is an older picture but it is my favorite of my nephew and I!! My nephew is like the little brother I never had- he’s competitive, fun and up for any adventure! I think my favorite memory of us to date was us racing wind up pug toys during the Christmas Blizzard in Buffalo! I’m so excited that your will be standing next to myself and your Uncle on our wedding day!
Matron of Honor
Brooke is also my cousin and just a few months younger than me. We grew up like sisters and we are just as close! Her kids call me Auntie and I couldn’t adore them more!! Brookie, you throw the best family parties and it makes me so happy that you try your hardest ALWAYS to keep us all as close as Nana and Papa wanted us to be!! I’m so excited to have you standing by me on our Wedding day!
Groomsman
Corey is more than a cousin. He was my first friend when I moved from Falconer to Southwestern. Growing up down the street of Cobb Circle, he took me under his wings and introduced me to many of his friends, which made my transition so much easier. I remember when Corey brought me to the Lakewood YMCA for the first time. One of his friends said, “who is this guy?” Corey said, “this is my cousin.” I was then called ‘My Cousin’ throughout middle school.
Bridesmaid
Tina was my next door neighbor by chance and it was the most fun I’ve ever had in my life! Relaxing on our rooftop patios, solving the world’s problems and getting through the shutdown/ quarantine together. I love having a friend that loves sports as much as I do and is willing to go to any game! I’m so happy to have you standing by my side on our wedding day lady!!
Groomsman
Just like Corey, Troy is not only a cousin, but a friend. We became closer when Troy moved to Florida where we bonded over similar interests and hobbies: men’s basketball leagues, Halloween, beer pong, and our beloved Buffalo Bills. Troy might have been the only person in S. Florida with an entire room dedicated to the Buffalo Bills; a room that created friendships that are still going strong today. We’ve managed to remain close as we became adults, and I'm very excited to watch his family grow.
Bridesmaid
Kate is my middle of the night phone call, my Monday Bachelor buddy, my sommelier and ride or die. I would’ve never made it through the last 4 years without you (and I imagine the next 7 months). Thank you for always being there for me with zero judgement and a bottle of wine (or 2)!! Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!
Groomsman
Whether it was 4th of July on the lake, football on the field in high school (TROJAN TOUGH) or driving the Malibu to Ft. Lauderdale for Spring Break- Erik and I have done it all and we’ve never held back! Please ask Big Steve for stories… just kidding! I’m honored to have you by my side on our wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Dana was my roommate for 4 years in college. We got randomly paired on a Wellness Hall based on all of our allergies!! Well our allergies created a life long bond and amazing friendship. I’m so proud of you and all you have accomplished, thank you SO MUCH for coming home early from your speaking engagement in Vietnam to be a part of our special day!!
Groomsman
Our bromance began on the sidelines of Hamilton College Football. We immediately became great friends and spring break buddies. Thank you Aunt Leslie for letting us use the Sebring Convertible! I love watching videos of Cory’s son slapping back-hand goals and his daughter's dance videos on Instagram. I will be rocking some of those dance moves.
Flower Girls
My nieces, Taylor and Madison have been stealing the hearts of everyone that comes in contact with them. I see Brandon and Rebecca in everything they do, and I just couldn't imagine them not being part of our wedding. They are the most adorable little girls and we are so excited to to watch them throw flowers everywhere. Wait till you see their precious smiles!
Ring Bearer
Hank the TANK! Hank will have the important role of running the rings down the aisle. I rescued Hank at 3 months old and he has been by my side every since… until Stephen came into our lives. Now, Hank can be seen following Stephen all over the house, sleeps on his pillow at night and barely remembers his Mom who nursed him back to health. All jokes aside, I’m so glad that Hank has the Dad he always wanted.
Hank Security
Cyrus came out of the womb ready to party and always brings the fun! He is also best buds with Hank so who better to make sure Hank fulfills his ring bearer duties than Cy! We are so excited to have you be a part of our wedding ; ) #HankHugs
Officiant
Kelly went to grade school, high school and Sunday school with us. She also was a constant in our lives during college summers in Jamestown. She has been our biggest cheerleader ever since I first told her we were dating. Kelly and her husband, Nick, came to Cincinnati to visit us last September. While Nick and Steve were worried if they would have fun, Kelly and I knew they would and we were delighted at their instant Bromance. When it came time to choose who would marry us, Steve and I decided that we didn’t want to hire someone who did not know us so instead we picked someone who has know us almost our entire lives. When we called Kelly to ask her, I said “ok, don’t feel pressure to say yes, but will you marry us?”. Without hesitation, Kelly said “HELL YES!”. We could not be more excited to have Kelly as our officiant, our relationship champion and life long friend.
Parents of the Bride
These are my parents, John and Fran- they are the life of any party they attend and their social calendar is FAR MORE packed than mine ; ) . Their favorite pastimes are baseball games, cruises and hanging with their friends by the pool. Retirement looks amazing on you both and I’m so glad you are both enjoying it so much! My parents gave me everything growing up (except a little brother or a dog but I digress… lol) and they are about to give me the wedding of my dreams! I’m not sure how you both have remained so calm and supportive through the planning stages but you have put me at ease every step of the way. I am so thankful for both of you and have appreciated your patience throughout my life. I know I wasn’t the easiest to raise and I challenged you both over and over but in the end I think we make a great team! I am elated that both of you will be by my side on Our Wedding day and love you both so much! Also, my Mom will be upset if I don’t mention my annoying little puppy sister Piper, who is also in this picture. She really wanted to be a flower girl but Taylor and Madison are MUCH better behaved ; ). Love you anyways Hyper Piper!
Parents of the Groom
Mom, you are the best shopping teammate; you never turn down a shopping spree at T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods on a Wednesday. I remember going as a child, which is why I named our first dog T.J. We also enjoy screaming at the TV together when the Bills are playing. Thank you for bringing me up with so much love and care! You are a wonderful mom. Big Steve has always been there with any questions I had. I have never given up at anything I do because you never did either. If not for you, I would not be where I am today. You have always shown me you care and have supported me like a pillar through everything. You are an amazing father. #21stbirthdayatRustyNail There is no way my appreciation for my Mother and Father will ever be sufficient for everything they have done for me. Thank you for the love and support that has made me the person I am today.
