Question

What should I wear? (UPDATE)

Answer

Update: It looks like it will be warm on Saturday. No need to be extra formal, we want everyone to be comfortable and cool enough to party. We love your nice sport coat and would love to see you stunt but don’t feel the NEED to wear something you are not comfortable in. It is absolutely not black tie or formal- but rather a fun casual, cocktail-ish summer party. The only two requirements are to wear something you can dance in, and no jeans please! Feel free to have some fun with your fit! The venue has a retractable roof, so weather permitting that will be open.

Question

6-10???? 4 hours of partying? I haven't done that since college!

Answer

We want to re-iterate that we are hosting a party, not a wedding. We totally understand if you want to pop out during any part of the evening, as some of our party may not be for everyone! If you have to leave early you won't be missing any speeches, first dances, or other "wedding" things, so feel free to come and go as you please!

Question

How can I get there?

Answer

Since we have no hotel block, we are not providing a shuttle service. We suggest getting a ride... however, you can drive as there is free street parking available. The venue provides some street monitoring throughout the evening, but the venue is in an industrial area so keep that in mind. Public transit is also an option, so check that out depending on where you're staying!

Question

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

Whatever floats your boat! The party is at a brewery, so viewer discretion is advised, but if you want to bring your kids, just text Adam or Amy to let us know beforehand. However... if you want a kid free night, feel free to call up the babysitter!

Question

Do I need to bring my own alcohol and snacks?

Answer

NO! We will have an open bar, buffet dinner, and more!!! Having snacks and lots of drinks is my main priority, other than marrying Adam I suppose, so there will be lots to eat.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Probably. We tried to indicate plus one status on everyone's invite BUT if we didn't and you're looking to bring a sig oth, just text us to confirm. We're pretty much okay with you bringing any committed partner as long as it isn't your weird summer fling and you reach out before.
