AUSTIN-BERGSTROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Bastrop, TX is about 35 minutes southeast of Austin. However, we do not recommend booking your hotel in Austin; it's in the opposite direction of our venue. If you do want to explore Austin, plan on adding a few extra days to your trip either before or after the wedding. If you are traveling in a group or want more independence, it could be beneficial to rent a car. HOTEL BLOCKS: The Hampton Inn and Best Western Hotel Contact info below. Mention FREY+CRILL WEDDING when booking. Please note the booking deadlines for each hotel, below. TRANSPORTATION If you are staying at either Hampton Inn or Best Western there will be a shuttle to take you to the venue. Shuttles depart hotels at 3:30PM. Taking an Uber to the venue is also an option, but be aware - Uber DOES NOT OPERATE from the venue at night. You will need to pre-book an Uber, or take the shuttle. After the reception, shuttles will take guests back to the hotels at 11:00PM.

Getting Around

Uber and Lyft does operate in Bastrop, but rides are not as frequent as in larger cities. If you are traveling in a group or want more independence, it could be best to rent a car.

If you're looking for an upscale resort hotel, The Hyatt is a great option. There's a spa, golf course, and even options to do trail rides. It is slightly further away from our venue than the other two hotels, but still within Bastrop County. *No block at this location
