Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 4:00 and 4:15 PM for our ceremony. Upon arrival, enjoy a drink and take a moment to mingle with fellow guests. The ceremony will begin precisely at 4:30 PM and will last approximately 15 minutes. This will be a standing ceremony, but if you require a seat, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your comfort.

Dress Code – Formal Cocktail Attire

It’s July, and we want everyone to feel comfortable, stylish, and ready to celebrate! Most of the event will take place on hardscape with some grass areas, so please choose footwear that works well on both surfaces. Women: Light, breathable cocktail dresses — short, midi, or long — are perfect, as well as dressy separates or jumpsuits. Flowing fabrics, florals, soft pastels, vibrant summer hues, or romantic jewel tones are all welcome. Feel fabulous and expressive — in our eyes, you can never be overdressed! Men: Dress pants with a button-down shirt are requested. Ties, suit jackets, or sport coats are optional but very welcome for a more polished look. Dress shoes are encouraged. Overall, think sophisticated but relaxed.

Parking & Drop-Off

If you’re unfamiliar with the property, using 20 Oak Grove Road, Pine Grove, PA 17963 will take you to the bottom of my parents’ driveway. Please enter through the gate, and at the top of the driveway, guest parking will be in the grass field on the left. For those who need to be dropped off closer to the ceremony, we’ll coordinate with you in advance to explain the best drop-off location and ensure a smooth arrival..
