What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM in the upstairs ballroom. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to find your seat before the ceremony begins!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs need to be sent in by June 1st, 2026. This can be done directly through our wedding website under the "RSVP" tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invitations will include the names of the people invited. If your invitation includes a “+1,” we can’t wait to meet them! If it doesn’t, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block set up at the Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary At Colonial Townpark. They provide complimentary breakfast, have a pool, and fitness center. It is within walking distance from a Publix, movie theater, and more!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors at Historic Venue 1902. During cocktail hour, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the outdoors and soak up the atmosphere, but the main events will be inside with air conditioning for your comfort.

Where am I able to park?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be provided by the venue! Just pull up to the front of the venue by the marquee for the valet service. If you would prefer to self park, there is a designated self parking lot on the backside of the venue.

Does the venue have a smoking policy?

Answer

Historic Venue 1902 is a non-smoking facility (this includes e-cigarettes of any kind). Smoking is not permitted in the Ceremony Garden or indoors at any time. There is a $250 fine for every violation of this clause.
