Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or tux and women wear a cocktail dress or gown. No jeans, please!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Wedding Ceremony and Reception will both be held at Hazelnut Farm (816 Eastwood Fisherville Rd, Louisville, KY 40023). The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn, with cocktail hour to follow on the covered patio. The reception will then be held indoors at the venue!

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on property with plenty of parking spots and additional ADA spaces. Uber/Lyft to and from the venue is also available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to venue restrictions, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in the bridal party. We hope you use this evening as a date night!

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

In order to accommodate all of our guest’s various accommodations and budgets, we encourage you to stay at the hotel or Airbnb of your choosing in the Louisville/southern Indiana area. Please see the travel tab for more information and recommendations on where to stay.

Could you suggest places to eat and drink while I am in town for your wedding?

Answer

Louisville is filled with great local restaurants! Some of our favorites are; Royal's Hot Chicken, Oskar's Slider Bar, Noche Mexican BBQ, Simply Thai, El Nopal, Tikka House, Sapporo Sushi, and Mussel and Burger Bar
