FAQs

The Wedding Website of Laura Packard and Tyler Freeman
For questions regarding room blocks, international travel, or airport transportation, please contact James or the rest of the Be All Inclusive team at info@beallinclusive.net.
Question

When should I book my room?

Answer

Please book your room no later than July 22nd in order to be included in our room block and to guarantee availability and pricing. Reservations can be completed through our travel agent at https://beallinclusive.net/freemanpackardwedding/

Question

Is there a minimum stay requirement at the resort?

Answer

Yes, there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement at the resort. We recommend booking rooms from December 10 to December 13 for the full weekend experience. We are currently holding rooms from December 8, 2026 to December 13, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through our travel website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely adore your little ones, but all of our official wedding events will be adults only. Since the resort itself is family-friendly, you are more than welcome to bring your children along for a weekend getaway! We just kindly ask for your understanding that they won't be able to join us for the wedding festivities.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Beach Chic Think polished yet relaxed! We’re aiming for elevated resort wear that balances elegance with seaside comfort (just a step down from traditional cocktail attire). Feel free to check out the moodboard at the top of the page for some outfit inspiration! Wedding Day: Formal Attire We ask that guests wear suits, midi-length, or floor-length dresses, or equivalent elegant attire. Since we’ll be enjoying that beautiful Mexico weather, breathable fabrics and linen suits are highly encouraged!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors! Don't let the December date fool you—Mexico stays beautifully warm year-round. Please dress comfortably for a tropical, outdoor celebration. :)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time which is 4:00 P.M.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - you can note any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically listed on the invitation to attend. Thanks for your understanding!
