When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by December 14, 2026. You’ll be able to RSVP directly on our website, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved room blocks for our guests at the Best Western Plus Franklin Square Inn Troy/Albany and the Courtyard by Marriott Albany Troy/Waterfront. You can find booking details and links on our Travel page. The Best Western is directly across the street from Franklin Plaza, and the Courtyard is just a short drive away.

What airports are closest?

Answer

Albany International Airport (ALB) is the closest airport to Troy and is about a 15–25 minute drive from downtown.

Where should I park?

Answer

Franklin Plaza has complimentary parking directly across the street from the venue. If you’re staying at the Best Western, it’s an easy walk. If you’re staying at another nearby hotel, we recommend taking a quick Uber to and from the venue.

What if I experience travel delays due to weather?

Answer

February in Troy can be unpredictable, so we definitely recommend keeping an eye on the weather as the weekend gets closer and giving yourself a little extra travel buffer if you can. Most importantly, we want everyone to arrive safely and comfortably.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exception is for children who are specifically named on the invitation.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If you were given a plus-one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

Yes. We’ve hired professionals to capture the ceremony, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras put away and be fully present with us in the moment. You’re welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Will there be options for dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes. We’ll have options for common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. When you RSVP, please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We’re registered through Zola, and you can find our registry on the Registry page. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you’d like to celebrate with a gift, we’re so grateful.
