What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please scan the QR code included on your invitation and RSVP online.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We are asking that our guests confirm their attendence or send their kind regards by March 17th, 2023.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We reccommend that you aim to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony so that you can be settled before the proceedings.

What is the dress code?

We are asking all of our guests to please wear shades of white (ex. cream, eggshell, ivory and vanilla).

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking availible at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a parking lot.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be offering stationary hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner.

I have dietary restrictions, what's the best way to let you know?

Please reach out to us directly so that we can address your concerns with the caterer.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. We are still in discussion about whether or not to offer a cash bar and/or what out offerings will be.

Have you booked hotel room bloocks for guests?

Answer

We have booked the hotel room block with Courtyard by Marriott. Please call the property directly to secure the group preferred rates ($109 per night). The group rate will be available until Wednesday, March 23, 2023, at which time the hotel will release any unsold rooms for sale to the public. (Discount Code - WFWS)

Can I take photos during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We would like you to be truly present with us during our ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony's conclusion.
