Virginia Beach Oceanfront
Head to the beach or stroll the boardwalk!
The Cavalier Virginia Beach, Autograph Collection
Located right across the street from the Marriott, the Cavalier Hotel hosts a few great bars and restaurants. Grab a drink in the Raleigh Room or take a walk through the sunken garden.
ViBe Creative District
Typically if we arent doing anything on a Saturday morning we head to the ViBe! In the summer they have a farmers/craft/flea market going on. Our favorites spots are 3 Ships & Java Surf for coffee and The Pink Dingy for breakfast. If you're going for dinner, try Hearth or Prosperity Kitchen for pizza, The Pink Dingy for wine and shared plates, or Baby Izakaya for small Japanese dishes. Esoteric is nice for garden cocktails and a foodie dinner. You might want to end your evening at Lolly's Ice Cream.
Cavalier Beach Club
Situated next to the Marriott, the Beach Club is a beautiful spot that will make you feel like you're having a cocktail in the Caribbean.
Chick's Oyster Bar
If you want to get away from the Oceanfront, drive a little north towards Chix beach. Chicks Oyster Bar is a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner on the bay. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, seafood, and a great VB atmosphere.
The Porch on Long Creek
The Porch is another great lunch/dinner spot on the bay. I'd go here if you have a hankering for mini poke tacos and a spicy margarita.
First Landing State Park
For anyone who wants to be out in nature but avoid the droves of tourists, First Landing is the spot for you! Enter on 64th street and enjoy tons of walking trails and access to the bay!
