We do not have a block on any hotel but Temecula has many lodging options to choose from that are near Mt. Palomar Winery including Hitlon Inns, Hampton, and other national-branded hotels. These hotels are about 15 minutes from Mt. Palomar Winery. There are also many other hotels run by other wineries that are within 5 minutes of the venue. See the Travel section for listing of some hotel options. Temecula also has an abundance of Airbnb and Vrbo rentals that can be a good option. Be sure to book soon as hotels and rentals can go fast during the Fall wedding season in Temecula.
Yes; all wedding festivities are at Mt. Palomar.
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outside. Starting at 1000PM, the reception will move inside to the Barrel Room for an extended reception (Churros and Ice Cream will be served during the extended reception so don't miss it!). Temecula in October is typically in the upper 70s/low 80s during the day and drops to the low 60s in the evenings. You can expect it to be warm and potentially windy and it will cool off as the sun goes down. We recommend you bring a coat, jacket or shawl for the evening.
We will only be able accommodate the names listed on your invite. If a plus one is provided, your invitation will give you the option to bring a guest.
The ceremony will begin at 500PM so we recommend arriving as early as 430PM. The guest gates to the plaza open at 430PM and the ceremony venue gates open at 435PM. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine.
The winery's parking lot has two sections: 1) The front part of the parking lot which is for the tasting room and restaurant; and 2) the back part that is for wedding guests and is where you should park. This back part is at the top of the hill to the right. You will see gates with signage for the wedding near this back part of the parking lot.
Yes, you can leave your car overnight at the winery for free. You will need to obtain a parking pass from the bartender prior to leaving the venue.
Semi-Formal: Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and that guests do not take pictures. We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them from the hired photographers! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want but be sure to use our hashtag with any social media posts! #TheCaspers2023
We have our registry here on Zola and also have a registry with a few items at Amazon. Click the "registry" link to access them.
We will have an open bar at the beginning of the wedding but it will transition to a cash bar so please plan accordingly.
