Details have been outlined in the Welcome Letter that is attached to your save the date. We encourage everyone to read through this letter to familiarize yourselves with the travel details.

How do I book my stay?

To book your stay, please visit the travel tab where you will find our booking page with prices and room availability.

When is the last day to book my trip?

Answer

We ask that all guests book their stay by February 28, 2023. Please note that room availability is first come, first served so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.

How much is the deposit to reserve my room?

Answer

The deposit is $50/per adult to secure your room.

What is included in my stay?

Answer

Your trip includes: 4 nights all inclusive accommodations - Roundtrip land transfers from the Montego Bay Airport to the resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. -All meals, snacks and drinks while on the resort. - Non-Motorized Water Sports and Activities

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on a paved terrace.

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

We ask that you speak with us before inviting additional guests.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

Your reservation is fully refundable when cancelling at least (21) days prior to travel. Cancellations made within 20 days will forfeit the full cost of the stay.

Is Travel Protection Offered?

Answer

Yes! We encourage everyone to purchase a travel protection plan. Once you book your stay, our Travel Advisor will contact you by email to discuss travel protection options with you.

I would like to stay offsite or book on my own, can I?

Answer

We ask that all guests who plan to attend our wedding book directly through the room block that our travel advisor has created. Bookings made outside of this room block are subject to additional costs to attend wedding events.
