Where can I reserve my hotel room?

Answer

You can find the Dreams Jade Resort & Spa booking link on our Resort page. Be sure to book your room between November 2 – 16 to take advantage of a special promotion! Full promotion details are also available on the Resort page.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Cancún International Airport (CUN). It’s the closest airport to Dreams Jade Resort & Spa—about a 25–30 minute drive from the resort. Shuttle transportation can be booked at the same time you reserve your room through the booking link found on the Resort page.

What events will be taking place during the wedding week / weekend?

Answer

On Wednesday, April 22nd we’ll host a beach bonfire at the resort. Additional details can be found on the Schedule tab.

Are there group rates for the hotel/resort?

Answer

We don’t have a group rate for our guests, but there is a special promotion available when you book your room between November 2 – 16. Be sure to check the Resort page for full details and to access the booking link!

Can I book my own accommodations elsewhere?

Answer

While you’re welcome to stay off property, we'd love for our guests to stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa. The wedding and related events will take place at the resort, and guests who stay elsewhere will need to purchase a day pass to access the property.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue from the hotel?

What is the wedding date and time?

Answer

Our special day will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Visit the Schedule page for additional wedding day details!

What should I wear to the wedding?

We’d love to see everyone dressed up in cocktail attire but keep it light and comfortable so we can dance the night away!

What’s the deadline to RSVP?

Please RSVP by January 15th! You can RSVP for you and your family on the RSVP page.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love and appreciate all of our guests! If you’ve been given a plus-one (or more!), you’ll see their names listed when you RSVP on our website. While we’re unable to accommodate additional guests at the wedding events, your friends or family are more than welcome to join you in Cancun to enjoy the resort and make a vacation of it!

Should I download WhatsApp or another app to communicate while there?

Answer

Yes, join our WhatsApp group! We’ll post when hotel rates drop (so you can snag a one-time price match with the booking agent) and share helpful reminders leading up to and during the wedding week.
