We're providing shuttle transportation from The Sawyer Hotel to and from the venue for your convenience. Please let us know if you'll be joining the shuttle service so we can plan accordingly. Pickup Time from The Sawyer Hotel: 3:45 PM Departure Time from The Willow Ballroom: 9:30 PM & 11:00 PM The shuttle service is open to everyone, regardless of whether you are staying at the hotel.
