Question

Is there a group code or group discount for the event?

Answer

We do have a group code for this event. Group Code: RG21154470. Please provide this when making your reservation so we can keep an accurate count of the number people for the event. However, I have confirmed with the resort and unfortunately there will not be a "Group Discount" available for this event. You will be eligible for any promo being offered by the resort at this time. The only way we would have been able to secure a group rate would have been if we "prebooked" with an EXACT number of rooms and paid a 10% deposit for the total balance due. Unfortunately, with the potential number of cancellations due to COVID or members of our party changing their mind at the last minute, we are unable to contract with the resort. However, I have confirmed that there is a 10% discount for ALL active and retired military members and also First Responders. Please contact the resort directly and they will provide you with an additional 10% discount on your reservation.

How many days should we stay?

Answer

The answer is... as many or as few as you want. We only ask that you are at the resort Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the key events.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The ABSOLUTE deadline date is May 15, 2022. We need to provide a final count of attendees to our Event Planner. As you know everything is priced "per head" so we need an accurate count. Also, for those of you who have already RSVP's... if your plans have changed please let us know asap.

Are singles invited?

Answer

Sandals resorts cater solely to couples so all rooms are double occupancy with a king bed. However, if you contact the resort directly to advise you are attending a wedding they will allow for single occupancy.

As much as we love children, this trip is a "grown folk affair" and Sandals is a resort solely for couples.

Which airlines do you recommend? Which airport do we fly into?

Answer

American and Jet Blue Airlines are the only two major airlines that fly into Curacao so BOOK EARLY! This is not an event to wait for the best deal. As of October 2021, there is only one flight per day that flies to and from Miami to Curacao. The airport code is CUR for Curacao.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This beautiful resort is located in the southern Caribbean Sea and north of Venezuela; so bring your swimsuits and resort wear. Our wedding ceremony will be a twilight ceremony on the beach so ladies we expect to see your beautiful sundresses and men please bring your linen pants or dress shorts.

Sandals is an all inclusive resort with plenty of restaurants and activities to get you occupied your entire trip.
