Please join us in beautiful Savannah Georgia for a River Boat Dinner Cruise for our evening wedding. We want to create a romantic, semi formal atmosphere of SPRING TIME in Paris with the ladies in floral cocktail dresses and the men in suits. The wedding will begin on the top deck promptly at 5pm with the reception soon thereafter for a buffet dinner. We look forward to lots of dancing to complete our special night. The joys we have shared with each of you during our courtship, either in close proximity or afar, will now be a joyful gathering to celebrate our new life together and having you in our lives! Our love for God, family, travel and dance all rolled into one experience! Come to Savannah early and stay beyond the wedding to take in all the sights and history this beautiful city has to offer.

Nancy and Fred met in 2018 at a USA dance on a Sunday evening, Fred had just started dancing and Nancy had been going to USA dances for many years. Very quickly they recognized a high level of kindness and acceptance felt between them both. Fred has been parading for many years as Uncle Sam, showing his love of country. Needless to say, Nancy was intrigued by his performing for quite some time and even suggested she write his life story about his acting, performing and celebrating the USA. She honored him by creating an Uncle Sam Christmas tree, and she found ornaments to share with him at non-Christmas times with the vision of decorating him his own patriotic tree. Attending outdoor music venues was a love they shared before even dating. Fred admired Nancy‘s performances at Dance Fire Studios and witnessed first hand the love and joy Nancy felt while performing dances to the music of Bocelli to honor others in her life. Fred was there to capture these special times in photos and videos. They quickly realized their mutual love for family, God, their country, and of course, DANCE! Kindness and humor was the glue that sealed their desire to see each other more and more. They were in a few plays together. In fact, they played a married couple celebrating a sons wedding. The irony of that! Another play they had background roles in, a romantic scene and song “It Had To Be You” . .. their love story was unfolding right before our eyes. If you know Nancy you know her love for Reflexology and she will offer to treat anyone in pain , stressed or not feeling well. Fred asked for a session and after one treatment he was smitten. Clearly the quickest way to his heart was through his feet ! The official first date was recognized by friends from North Carolina while attending a Race Track summer event. They noticed Fred was antsy and forgetful and left his wallet in the car with the window open and at the same time made a picnic basket with wine cheese and his favorite crackers. They could see and feel how much Fred was liking Nancy and that made him feel very nervous. Tickets for prime indoor seats were given to Nancy for four people, and they had the time of their life laughing singing and watching the races a little. They danced to “New York, New York”…..and did it their way” … both loving the Sinatra song! Not long after that weekend he suggested they go on some more dates. After the second official date he suggested they make permanent plans and do dance competitions, take dance lessons together, attend church, join dance venues and share as much time together as possible, indicating marriage before the end of the year, Nancy laughed and said too soon for her! December 2022 the talk of marriage was often discussed. After looking at some vintage rings at the jewelry store, Fred proposed on the spot! The rest is history!
