Send a prayer up that this is the case!* There is complimentary off-site parking; the On-site parking fee is $5 USD per day. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by the above method. Attendee reservations must be received on or before Wednesday, October 15, 2025, the cutoff date. No hold is placed on the card until check-in. At that point, the total number of nights' room rate plus a $20.00 per night hold for any additional charges is held on the card. If no additional charges are made by the guest, that $20.00 per night fee will drop off per their particular bank's policies. It will show $20.00 PENDING on their account until their bank deems it safe to remove it. Some take 3 business days, others seven business days.
