To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is August 23rd, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". If you need to make any changes to your RSVP before the deadline, please contact us directly.
Please arrive at 5:45pm for our ceremony - if you are early you will have to wait a few minutes before being allowed in. The ceremony starts at 6pm so please ensure that you are there on time! Those who arrive after the ceremony has started will not be allowed in.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us.
Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. On the chance of bad weather, the ceremony will be held indoors. Cocktail hour and our reception ballroom will both have outdoor patio space as well!
Yes!! We are lucky to have Coach USA buses that will be transporting our guests to and from the venue/the hotel we will be staying at. However, if you choose to drive yourself, there is parking available at the venue.
A Freda & Letsch wedding without an open bar would be INSANE!!! Of course we will have an open bar - we hope you're thirsty!
We absolutely love all of your little ones, but we kindly ask for you to leave the kids at home (with a babysitter if needed) and take the night off! Our wedding is strictly 21+.
Due to limited space, only invitations received that stated "and guest" will be provided a plus one.
Yes! We kindly ask our guests to wear cocktail attire. We want everyone to be comfortable while still looking amazing!
