Do we have to stay in the hotel room block?

Answer

No, you do not have to book a room in the block. Feel free to browse other options on site or off! Please note if you do not book in the room block, you will not receive a discounted nightly rate and will not show up on any rooming lists we request from Waterville.

Can we book just 1 night in the room block?

Answer

There is a 2 night minimum stay required for the room blocks. Those wishing for a 1 night stay may try to do so outside of the blocks, but availability is not guaranteed.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside at the Oceola Arbor. Our cocktail hour will take place indoors at the Speakeasy Lounge, with an option to spend time outside on the attached deck. Our reception will be at the Garden Terrace Tent, which will be heated.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation from the ceremony to the reception will be provided by trolley. Those not staying on the Waterville property will need to take their own transportation to and from the resort. There is free parking at both the ceremony site and reception site for those wishing to drive themselves. Please note it may be hard to find Uber/Lyft drivers in the area.

What other events will take place during the wedding weekend?

We will be hosting a welcome bonfire on Friday night at the Osceola Arbor site. Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and drinks! We will have a S’mores bar and other snacks available. After our reception, we will be hosting an after party at Valley Pub & Restaurant in the Town Square! Appetizer platters will be provided for a late night snack.

Absolutely! We appreciate everyone coming to celebrate us and want everyone to have a blast!

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

There are 2 pet friendly hotels at Waterville Valley, one being The Silver Fox Inn where we have a block. Please note there are additional pet fees if you bring your dog. As much as Milo would love to see his friends, please no dogs at our ceremony!
