Lizzy and Michael met as neighbors in the Trinity Groves neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Just three doors down from one another, the two would often pass each other in the halls, exchanging smiles and hellos. Until one day, Michael was walking his dog Vito and bumped into Lizzy in the hallway. The three of them sat on the concrete floor between their two apartments talking for nearly 3 hours. And while Vito may have been the star of the show, Lizzy and Michael both felt a strong connection and knew this moment would be the start of something special. Strangers became neighbors. Neighbors became friends. And as time went on, a growing friendship became a beautiful relationship. Michael proposed to Lizzy on Saturday, May 28th, 2022 in Kauai.
