Keeneland

11:00 am - 5:15 pm

We will be hosting a welcome event for all guests in a tent on The Hill at Keeneland. The Hill is a separate tailgating area at the racetrack adjacent to the Keene Barn and Entertainment Center and accessible via Gate 4. We will be serving light snacks along with a Bloody Mary bar from 11:00-2:00. The Hill also has food trucks and additional beverage options. You can place bets on the races on the Hill, or you can head to the track itself to see them live! First race posts at 1:00 and last race is around 5:30. See https://www.keeneland.com/hill Race day attire | Typically, ladies are in dresses and skirts (with a hat or fascinator, if you're so inclined), and guys are in blazers/sports coats with jeans or slacks. You'll see a little of everything! Transportation | We want everyone to have fun (read: imbibe)! We have a shuttle running to and from Keeneland from the Bigg Blue Martini (next to the Hilton Hotel) downtown starting at 11:00 a.m. and running until the last race at 5:30.

Cocktail Attire.

Cocktail hour and reception to follow at the venue. There will also be a pre-ceremony cocktail hour starting at 4:00 p.m. Transportation | A shuttle will be running all evening from Bigg Blue Martini (next to the Hilton downtown) to the venue and back. The first shuttle leaves at 3:00 p.m., as the trip takes approximately 25-30 minutes.
