FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are NOT doing plus-ones except a few special circumstances. Significant others and children will be explicitly invited when doing the RSVP. If you have questions please reach out.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For the reception, we will have a place inside the Mansion for children 12 and under to hang out and have dinner with a babysitter to look over them. The dinner is planned to be pizza and there will be board games for them. Since the reception will be outside, parents will be able to check in on their children throughout the dinner if they so desire. Once dinner is complete for both adults and children, everyone will be welcome to join on the dance floor! If there are any dietary restrictions we need to be aware of for children (or adults) please let us know. Thank you!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Windsor in September is a gorgeous time of the year. Weather can be a bit unpredictable as the leaves are getting ready to change (unlikely for our date unfortunately), but you can expect it to be a bit on the warmer side. There will be lots of shade and the Connecticut River will be a great options for cooling off as well.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

We are able to transport people with mobility needs directly in a car to the venue, which will make the venue accessible. Please reach out.

Answer

Formal Garden Party - We would love to see you dressed up and wearing something fancy, fun, floral, and bright. We ask you to avoid wearing blue.

Question
