Camping at the Ranch Friday-Monday

Tent and small vehicle camping is available Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights only. Check in anytime beginning Friday morning, Monday check out is 10am. You are welcome to camp for all nights, just the wedding night, whatever you want. The venue charges $25 per camper, per night, so just Venmo Ashley accordingly. If you have an RV or trailer, the driveway into the venue is a tight squeeze so the venue only allows vehicles up to 20 feet, and only the smallest trailers. There are no hookups. There is 1 large fire pit, but usage of this depends on the fire risk in the area. There are restrooms available, but the only shower is the river. Environmentally friendly soap will be provided :) The camping area is gravel, so you may want to bring something soft to sleep on if you are tent camping. We will be providing dinner on Friday, dinner Saturday, and lunch on Sunday. There will be random snacks around here & there, but please bring any other food you might need.

A very basic motel that has old-school rooms or cottages with small kitchenettes. The photos on their website are incredibly accurate. The shuttles will be making a stop here for the wedding.

Your standard Comfort Inn! Shuttles will be making a stop here as well. Call the hotel directly and let them know you are with the Evers/Bonner wedding to book rooms at a discounted rate. The discount is available until August 3rd.

Rental Car

Camper Van Rentals

You can rent a camper van, drive it to the venue and stay in the camping area. Go Camp Camper Vans is linked below, but there are many other companies that provide camper vans, such as Outdoorsy, Van Craft, etc. We haven't looked into these much, so not sure what regulations they might have and some may have mileage limitations.
