The hotel block is in place for 10/30-11/01 and is set at a discounted rate of $149 plus tax per night. If you choose to come prior to 10/30 the rate will be $154 plus tax for those additional nights. Any dates after 11/01 will be charged the best available rate for those nights. You can book by either going to the website provided in the "view" tab below or calling the hotel directly and provide the group name: Kate and Ian O'Brien. If there's any issues with this, then call and ask for Trevor Shuman at extension 3. Cancellation policy: Any cancellations made after 10/23/2026 will incur 1 night room plus tax charge per room. A $50 incidental hold will be placed on each reservation at check-in.
