Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Feel free to arrive ~20 minutes or so, prior to start time, to settle in. Social hour will immediately follow the ceremony which will include light passed hors d'oeuvres and some cocktails. A four-course plated dinner and dessert will be served towards the beginning of the reception.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal & formal attire is preferred (cocktail dresses, pant suits, jumpsuits, dress shoes, etc.).

Is this event indoor or outdoors?
Answer
A blend of both! The ceremony will be held outside (we will mostly be on concrete, so ladies do not worry too much about heels sinking into grass). Social hour will be held outside as well, on a concrete patio. The reception will be inside, and we can enjoy the outside area all night long!

How do I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
The wedding venue is on the Easthampton/Holyoke line and is about 15 minutes away from all hotels listed in our travel accommodations section.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
There is a parking lot at the venue with ample space for your vehicle!
Question
Will transportation be provided? What is the timeline?
Answer
For the Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inn - A school bus will be provided to transport guests from both hotels to the venue. The first pickup location will be at the Courtyard by Marriott in West Springfield departing at ~3:30. The second pickup location will be at Holyoke's Fairfield Inn, departing at ~3:50. The school bus will depart the venue in the evening around 10:30, and will circle back to each hotel for guest drop off. For the D.Hotel Suites - There will be a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel to the Log Cabin venue.

As much as we love them, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.

How do we RSVP and when is the deadline?
Answer
Please go to the RSVP tab on our website and respond with your meal selection. There are also a few (optional) questions you can respond to. The deadline to RSVP by is May 2nd.
