When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP no later than July 1st, 2025. We will send out a reminder text to those who have not RSVP’d two weeks before this date. We prefer you to RSVP through this website. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you will be unable to attend.

How do I book a hotel Room?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks directly with Burke. Please call Burke and mention our names or reserve a room online with our group code #137151. Please call Burke directly if the type of room you're looking for is not listed online. There are also several AirBnB's in the area if you wish to book elsewhere instead. What types of rooms are available? What are the rates?

Answer

We have reserved a room block for Thursday 9/25 and Friday 9/26. All rooms come with a kitchenette (Studio and Deluxe rooms: Kitchenette with cooktop, sink, coffee pot, oversized mini fridge) or full kitchen (one bedroom and two bedroom suites: Full kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, sink, coffee pot, and a fridge with freezer). You are also able to request a split king bed in most rooms that convert to two twin beds. The room types are: Standard Studio: Sleeps 2 $179/night Deluxe Studio: Sleeps up to 4 including Sleeper Sofa $230/night 1 Bedroom Suite: Sleeps up to 4 including Sleeper Sofa $283/night 2 Bedroom Suite: Sleeps up to 6 including Sleeper Sofa $365/night

Can I extend my stay at Burke Mountain?

Yes - please contact Burke Mountain directly if you wish to make our wedding a weekend getaway!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP through the website. Thank you for understanding!

What do I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this as an evening as a "night out" for yourselves!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please avoid shades of white.

Where do I park?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spaces at the hotel area. If you are unable to find parking next to the hotel's entrance, there is an overflow lot with plenty of space.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow time to ride the shuttle up the mountain to our ceremony location and pick your seat. If you show up after the designated ceremony start time, please refrain from arriving late - we will see you at the cocktail hour and reception!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside on Burke Mountain, so please plan to bring a sweater as the weather can be chilly in the end of September. Our cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors with an indoor area and reception will be indoors.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We love our photographer, and you will too! Our photographer will capture the best pictures and we will be sure to share them with you all. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! We will have beer, wine and spirits, with special features from the local area.
