Are you still getting married?
Answer
YES! We are still getting married! We will be having an intimate ceremony with a small number of family members and live streaming the service to the rest of the guest list. The wedding reception (aka party) will be next year on our 1 year anniversary. SAVE THE DATE 9/5/2021, it's a Sunday, but that Monday is Labor Day so we expect to see you! :)
Question
I'm supposed to record myself?
Answer
YES! We are heartbroken we can be with all our loved ones on our big day. So, to make up for it, we are asking all guests to record a short 30 sec - 2 min video of themselves. We are looking for variety, since we won't actually be able to have a traditional wedding video, so please send in clips of you anticipating the wedding and/or reacting to the wedding afterwards with some words of advice for us. We will be editing in your clips to the video we get from the live stream to make our wedding video and to make us feel like you were there in person! We will then show this video at the reception/1 year anniversary party 9/5/2021

The sooner the better so we can have an idea of how many people (aka devices) will joining the stream. But really, you have until the 9/3 to RSVP as we will be sending the link to view on 9/4 to all guests who have RSVP'd

What can we give you as a wedding gift?
Answer
We are so honored that you want to give us a gift! We are asking all guests to donate what they would've spent on a gift to our 1st Home Down Payment Fund. That is our next big goal and while we are waiting for the world to calm down to start a family, we definitely want to be as financially stable as possible before doing so, and land is the best investment!
