When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by May 18th, 2026.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have arranged a room block at the Courtyard by Marriott Boulder-Longmont. Follow the link to our room block in the travel tab.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. For the reception, there is a large tent where dinner will be served with an outdoor area for dancing.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive around 4pm so there is ample time to get seated for the ceremony.

What weather should I expect?

Answer

Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, but it will likely be hot through the late afternoon and get chilly in the evening. Afternoon showers are also very common this time of the year but usually pass quickly.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal, but wear whatever makes you comfortable! There are no colors to avoid other than white, colorful attire is encouraged! It will likely be hot through the early evening, but it is recommended to bring a light sweater or jacket for later in the night.

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

We have decided to host an adults-only event.

How should I get from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to bring guests from the Courtyard Marriott - Longmont/Boulder to the Wedding Ceremony and return guests after the reception. There is also ample parking at the venue.

What menu options are there for those with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our caterer, Mountain Crust (stone-fired pizza!), can accommodate Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Carnivore, pretty much any dietary needs!
