Newfields is our favorite museum! We’ve been on multiple dates here and have had so much fun each time. Grab a glass of wine at the cafe and walk through the Impressionism section or through the beautiful gardens in the Summer!
Victory Field
Come checkout Indy’s local baseball team! Baseball is something we both love although we majorly differ on our favorite teams…One team we can agree on is the Indians! Bonus tip- sit on the lawn with a blanket for max amount of dog pets.
Harvest Church
Come check out our home church Sunday morning at 8am, 9:30am or 11am. Dress is casual. Our Harvest family would love to meet you and offer you a warm cup of coffee. Head over to Cafe Patachou for a delicious post-church brunch!
Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum is an automotive museum on the grounds of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and houses the Auto Racing Hall of Fame. We have been to the Indy 500 together and have never been so sunburned in our lives…but it was a BLAST!
Pins Mechanical Co
From duck pin bowling, to pinball, to giant jenga there’s always a game to play with friends a pins. We love going here with friends and grabbing a cold one!
Living Room Theaters
Hear us out- I know it just sounds like movie theater but it’s better! From eating dinner while you recline in your seat to live music in the lobby, if you’re in the mood to watch a movie this is the place to go!
Bad Axe Throwing Indianapolis
Surprisingly, Indianapolis is moderately known for a rather unusual pastime: ax throwing. Check it out and embrace that midwestern culture!
Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant
Check out Emily’s favorite restaurant. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and there are $10 wine tastings in the tasting room. Such a deal! Call ahead to make reservations.
Massachusetts Avenue
Take a walk along Mass Ave downtown for some of the best food and drinks! We walk down Mass all the time and love this area. Some of our favorite restaurants here are: The Eagle - Get the chicken sandwich! Canal Walk
Check out the place where Alex proposed! You can walk along the river or rent a kayak or swan pedal boat to travel down the river in style! Enjoy one of our favorite places to soak up the sun in the summers. Head over to the Indianapolis Zoo after for a fun day outside.
