Where is the wedding taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Cincinnati Club, located in downtown Cincinnati, OH. We’re thrilled to celebrate the entire day in one beautiful, historic venue!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes – formal attire, please! We kindly ask gentlemen to wear a suit and tie, and women to wear eveningwear. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed to the nines as we celebrate together!

Due to venue limitations, we kindly request that the celebration be adults-only, with the exception of our immediate family. We hope you’ll enjoy a special evening out in celebration with us.

Can I bring a guest?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones! Unless your invitation specifically includes a guest, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 20–25 minutes early to allow time to find their seats and settle in before the celebration begins.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Guest parking is available at the Garfield Garage, located just steps from The Cincinnati Club. Garfield Garage 13 W 9th Street Cincinnati, OH 45202 When you arrive, enter the garage from 9th Street (the entrance will be on the left-hand side of the road) and try to park near Level 5A if possible. A walkway located in the west corner of the garage connects directly to The Cincinnati Club. From there, take the elevator down to the ground floor and enter through the main lobby, where the event spaces can be accessed via the grand staircase or the elevator across the lobby. Please bring your license plate number with you, as venue staff will assist with validating your parking during the event. When exiting the garage at the end of the evening, please note that 9th Street is a one-way street, so you will need to turn left when leaving. For safety, we kindly ask guests not to back into parking spaces, as some spots have low clearance that may not be visible with rear cameras.

What’s the best way to get to and from the venue?

While parking is available, the easiest and most convenient option is to take an Uber or rideshare. The Cincinnati Club is located downtown, so using a rideshare service will help avoid traffic or parking delays—plus, it makes heading home at the end of the night a breeze!

Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Cincinnati Club in downtown Cincinnati, OH. The venue offers beautiful historic charm and an elegant indoor setting, so no need to worry about the weather—just come ready to celebrate with us!

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony to fully enjoy the moment together. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain tucked away — our photographer will capture everything beautifully.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a room block for our guests at The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, just a short walk from our venue. Staying here will make it especially convenient to enjoy the celebration and be close to the action. However, guests are welcome to book accommodations at any hotel in the Downtown Cincinnati area that best fits their preferences. For your convenience, our Travel page includes a direct link to our room block at the Hilton, along with a few other hotel recommendations if you’d prefer to stay elsewhere.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

For your convenience, we recommend flying into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). It’s the closest airport to the venue and offers a variety of transportation options to downtown Cincinnati.
