Guests should start arriving by 4pm for the ceremony to start at 4:30 PM, prompt.
Last call for drinks will be at 10:30 PM, the reception will be ending at 11 PM.
Dressy casual, please no light colored jeans or dresses. White shirts are ok.
Plus ones will be on your invitation envelope.
Only children allowed are our sons and any breastfeeding babies.
Yes there is a huge lot on site for parking.
Yes, we will also be requesting food to be cooked with no peanut oils.
The bride and groom have opted to do a CASH bar (card is accepted) so that people can drink to their own discretion. ID will be required for anyone 21+ to drink. Per the venues rules, if anyone is caught with alcohol not purchased from venue they will be removed. There is no alcohol allowed outside of the venue.
Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception is going to be indoors.
We have not done so. If you’re interested in booking a hotel, please let us know so we can figure out if a hotel block would be worth it. If there are enough people who would like to book a room we would also inquire about a shuttle/bus to get to and from the hotel & venue.
We have been recommended the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton, per the venue. It is approximately 22 minutes away.
Yes, our guests can take pictures. All we ask is for our guests to be mindful of our photographers while they’re taking their pictures.
