Along with adhering to the current restrictions and guidelines, we have chosen to implement the following additional safety measures at our wedding: • While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on our wedding day. Please note that we will be providing masks at the venue for your convenience (or, feel free to bring your own if preferred!) • While our wedding festivities will be taking place indoors, we will be strictly adhering to our venue’s COVID-safe policy including the minimum square feet required per guest. Rest assured our venue is a sprawling property with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to move around! • We will have multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue, including upon arrival and in each bathroom. • All wait staff and bar staff will be wearing mask. We're excited to celebrate with you all!
This event is Semi-Formal/Black Tie optional. We are requesting everyone to wear ALL BLACK. That includes little black dresses, cocktail dresses, or jumpers for the ladies and all black suites, shirts, and pants/slacks for the guys. Feel free to accessorize in whatever color you desire!
If your RSVP says “and Guest" along with their name, then yes. If not, unfortunately, no additional guest will be allowed. No guest substitutions are permitted.
No, transportation is not provided to and from the hotel to the ceremony. Please check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need in regard transportation and lodging.
Please note that our ceremony will be a PHONE/CAMERA-FREE celebration of love so please, no photos until our ceremony conclusion. We thank you in advance for your understanding – we are so excited to share this special moment with you!
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. We are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our reception. Thank you for understanding.
