Getting There: We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which offers the most flight options and is the easiest airport for travel to Jerome. From Phoenix, Jerome is about an hour and 45 minute drive through some of Arizona's most scenic desert and mountain views. For those looking to be closer, you can also fly into Ernest A. Love Field (PRC), which is about a 35-40 minute drive to Jerome. Please note this is a smaller regional airport with more limited flight options and connections. ____ Transportation: We recommend renting a car for the weekend. Jerome is a small mountain town with limited rideshare availability, and having your own car will give you the most flexibility for getting to and from your accommodations, exploring the area, and attending wedding events. Most major rental car companies are available directly at the Phoenix airport. Note: Roads in and around Jerome are scenic but can be winding and steep, especially at night. Please plan accordingly and allow a little extra time when traveling. ____ Where to Stay: We have some options on our website for nearby hotels. We suggest looking for accommodations in: -Jerome (closest, limited availability) -Cottonwood (15-20 minutes away) -Sedona (30 minutes away, more options) We recommend booking early, as this area can fill up quickly. ____ Make a Trip Out of It! The Jerome/Sedona area is one of the most beautiful parts of Arizona. If you have time, we highly recommend extending your stay to explore hiking, great restaurants, and the surrounding red rock scenery.
