We met through a mutual friend at Purdue University and became friends. After a while, we decided to spend New Year's together in Ohio. On December 30th, 2019 we went to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to enjoy the Christmas lights. We shared our first kiss here under the night sky and we've been together ever since.

Our Story

In June of 2022, we planned a trip to Disney World. It has always been Elissa's dream to get engaged at Cinderella's Castle. Magic Kingdom was our first stop where Elissa spent the whole day harboring a ring in her backpack without knowing it. We ate dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table where the ring was brought out with a glass slipper, and we got our fairytale ending.
