This love story all began on a sunny day in July 2000. We were driving in the same direction on a very well known street on the east side of Buffalo, New York. We pulled up side by side at a traffic light when our eyes met. I waved at him and he waved back. Just as the light was changing he motioned me to pull over and I did just that. We had a brief conversation and exchanged numbers. After a couple conversation on the telephone we decided to go on our first date at a restaurant called Perkins. During this date we had the most amazing conversation. Who knew that day at the traffic light would lead to us spending the rest of our lives together.
