What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at C Hotel located at 1530 Stone Church Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W 3P9. We are hoping to have our ceremony on the rooftop on the second floor of the hotel, weather permitting. Should weather not allow, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Ballroom on the first level of the hotel.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue around 4:00pm for the ceremony beginning at 4:30pm.

Are Phones and Cameras Allowed?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights and we can share the photos afterwards. After our ceremony you are welcome to take as many photos and videos as you would like.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate children at our wedding. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.
