Which entrance to Tatum Park should I use?

Answer

Use the Holland Road entrance for the Holland Activity Center. The address is 144 Holland Road Middletown, NJ 07748. This entrance is reserved for our event.

What's so special about Tatum Park?

Answer

Marianne and Frank enjoyed many evenings walking in the park over the years. They love the old mansion in the park and thought it would be a great place to host the wedding. Tatum Park has 366 acres of rolling hills, open fields and bird-filled woods, as well as two Activity Centers, a playground and miles of scenic trails, for area residents to enjoy. The park is named for the Tatum family, who donated 73 acres of property to the county in 1973.

Are masks and vaccinations required to attend?

Answer

We hope everyone will have had the opportunity to be vaccinated by August 28, but vaccinations are not required to attend. We'll follow the state's guidelines on masks in effect on August 28th. Guests are free to wear masks even if they're not required at that time.

Will I need to drive to another site for the reception?

Answer

No, you will park at the Holland Activity Center for the entire evening.

Will we be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors. In the event of rain, everything will take place inside the Activity Center.

What is Garden Party Attire?

Answer

Also known as "Connecticut Casual" as in season 8 episode 4 of The Office, "Garden Party" attire means semi-formal. Summer dresses, dress slacks, sport jackets, and dress shirts are appropriate, ties optional. August nights can be chilly.
