Can you elaborate on the dress code?

Tuxedos and gowns are totally acceptable, but suits and dresses will be more common. All colors (except white) and patterns are fair game.

Unfortunately, due to limited space, only kids of immediate family will be allowed to attend the wedding.

Isn't it crazy hot in Tucson?

The weather for Tucson in October tends to be mid-80s for the high and mid-60s for the low at night.

Phoenix is cheaper to fly into, can't we just do that?

Answer

Absolutely! Just remember that while Phoenix might be cheaper and has more direct flights, the PHX airport is 90 minutes away from Tucson. If you do decide to fly into PHX there is a low-cost shuttle service to and from Tucson (Groom Shuttle) that you can take advantage of.

Is the wedding venue inside or outside?

The ceremony and dinner will be outside. Cocktail hour will be inside.
