When should I RSVP by?

Please have your RSVP in by September 1, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please allow enough time for parking and locating your seat. We want to make sure everyone is settled in before we say "I DO!"
Question
Will there be transportation provided to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! There will be a bus that can seat about 40 people transporting guests from the aloft hotel to the venue that will be leaving promptly at 4:20pm. The bus will also be transporting guests back from the venue to the hotel in multiple trips starting at 9:30pm until 10:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The venue has a large parking lot for wedding guests only. If you are staying at the Aloft a shuttle service will be provided.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitation.
