Can we book outside the room block?
Answer
Book in the room block to be apart of the wedding events. Please note that booking outside of our room block constitutes a private vacation reservation and does not include access to the wedding group events.

What does the travel insurance include?
Answer
The insurance plan if bought will cover 100% (not including the deposit or cost of the insurance) of the trip if canceled for one of the covered reasons. What if there is a room that I want that is not included in the room block?
Answer
If you visit the Grand Palladium or TRS website and find a room that you want but do not see that room in our room block. Send a message to Gina and she can send a special request to the resort to obtain that room for you. This may take a few days as the response time from the resort takes a few days.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress Code: Beach Formal Attire Men: Please wear summer suits, linen shirts, or light blazers, usually paired with lightweight trousers. Women: Please choose a tea- or ankle-length dress or a formal jumpsuit.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Kindly note that our ceremony will commence promptly at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask all guests to arrive at the ceremony location by 4:30pm (at least 30 minutes prior to the start time) to ensure a timely commencement of the event. Thank you for your cooperation.

What are some items I should pack for this trip?
Answer
A few items to remember to pack when coming to the resort: -pool floats- the resort allows you to use pool floats in the pool as well as at the beach. -sunscreen- It is very sunny and hot in Mexico! -bug spray - The resort has a lot of greenery, bug spray will help keep mosquitos away. -bathing suits/coverups -refillable water bottle - The bar will fill up your bottles with any drink of your choice! -probiotic (start taking a few days before travel and during travel)
