Maid of Honor
Our sisterhood is the true definition of a real one on your team! 2013 was no coincidence when we both tried out for track. That weekend at states I knew I had a sister forever. I miss our school days and sleepovers. I am so blessed to be your Maid of Honor! We were definitely blood sisters in another lifetime. My pisces twin, my slim to my thick, my little sister. Our bond just makes sense! I love you forever and I’m so proud of you! Oh…and you know it’s an F & A THING!
Best Man
Me and Frank (Frankster is my nickname for him 😂) met way back playing little league football, and ever since then we’ve been locked in. What started on the football field turned into spending nights at each other’s houses, making memories, and basically growing up together. As life went on, we even ended up going to the same high school, which just made our bond even stronger. Over the years he became more than just a friend, he became family to me. I’ve seen the kind of person he is firsthand: loyal, genuine, and someone who always looks out for the people he cares about. That’s why it means a lot to stand beside him and watch him start this next chapter with the person he loves.

I met Fe our freshman year of college. We lived on the same floor and didn’t know each other until we both showed up at the same event. When we first met, we had a friend group and clicked instantly, and I stayed in her dorm till 2 a.m. just yapping. Our junior year, we decided to become roommates at this dirty off campus apartment let me just say never again. Fe is the type of friend I never have to question. She always reaches out to you to make sure everything is good, and she is an all-around friend. It was 4 then 3, and it’s forever the strong 2.
Bridesmaid
The first day of track tryouts, I asked her name, and when she told me, I smiled and said it reminded me of my favorite show, The Arrow. From that moment, we clicked like two peas in a pod. She took me under her wing like a little sister, hints the nickname, we did everything together-everything lol. From "almost going to war" (wink wink) to working at Jason's Deli and taking food home, life with her showed me how amazing she is. I am forever glad to call her my sister.
Groomsman
Frank and I been mutuals for about safely 10-15 years. He knew my cousins that lived in Mo. City. I actually met him being over there and NEVER realized thats where i noticed him from. However, we didnt lock in as actual brothers/friends until high school from playing the game with my brother Jeyden. Its funny because i didnt like Frank at first ,but it was no real malice behind it. It was all competitive through 2k, but it was still crazy because i didnt really even know him to not like him. Me and JJ (Jeyden) would just join Frank and the people he played with and harrass them for no reason for months lol. Then one day we finally played together and the rest was history😂. From the cars, sports, shoes, or just life conversations we have/had just made us closer as brothers through the years. And he got a brother for life in me. Congrats to you and your family.

Okay it started when we worked at Walmart and we had to push carts together then that’s how we started getting close we started speaking of basketball knowing me I talked a lot of noise you feel so you invited me to come hoop with you and a couple other co workers from there on we started hanging more you basically driving because I didn’t have a car at the time and you started helping understand cars to when you switch from your mustang to your challenger and since then we become tight because you were and are a good friend I talk to about a lot and it rare to meet people you can share things with and I truly do appreciate you in my life we might not talk everyday but that bond we built is there and will always be there. Love you brother.

Crazy how some friendships just click instantly. We met out in Houston and bonded over cars from day one. I still remember him pulling up in one of the cleanest sounding V6 Mustangs I’d ever heard while I had my half wrapped Hyundai 😂 From there it was nonstop car talks, learning the culture, and putting each other onto new builds and ideas. He eventually got a Challenger and honestly pushed me deeper into loving Mopars, which later led me to getting my 300. Since then it’s been more than just cars: working on builds, helping each other out, and becoming family. Now we’re each other’s kids’ uncles, and it’s been nothing but a genuine brotherhood ever since.
Man of Honor
It’s crazy to think our bond started nearly 13 years ago in the hallways of ILT. What began as two kids being insanely goofy about everything, running track together, and consistently showing up for one another slowly turned into a lifelong, unshakable brother/sister bond that has truly withstood the test of time through multiple stages of life. We’ve seen each other through growing pains, lessons, wins, losses, and many of the hardships and calamities that shape who you become, but through it all, we never stopped having each other’s backs. Being able to watch you accomplish and become so many beautiful things an HBCU graduate, an amazing parent, and now a beautiful bride has been one of the most fulfilling things to witness. I’m beyond proud of the woman you are and the woman you continue to become, and I know our entire village feels the same way. If Granny were here today, she would be amazed and in awe of who God has anointed and ordained you to be in this world. Always rocking by your side. Tae 💙
