Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, Sanctuary Cap Cana is an adults only resort, therefore our wedding events will be adults only. If you wish to stay elsewhere and need help, please reach out to Liberty Travel at customercare@libertytravel.com and one of their support coordinators will respond.

Question

Which nights should we book?

Answer

This is up to you! There is a 3 night minimum stay. Scheduled events will only happen on Friday evening, Saturday evening and possibly Sunday during the day.

I need help with travel bookings

Answer

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Liberty Travel for help with registration, flight bookings, travel protection or reservation modifications. Please email customercare@libertytravel.com, mention that you are part of our wedding, and one of their support coordinators will respond.

Question

Is the total due at the time of booking?

Answer

No. A $150 deposit per person is due ASAP, by 11/15/2024. The balance will be due on July 21st, 2025.

Question

Will we need to leave the resort?

Answer

No! All wedding events will be held at Sanctuary, Cap Cana. Transportation to and from the airport will be provided with Room block booking. There is a town connected to the resort that is open to the public, but included in your all inclusive package.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We ask you to please RSVP to all wedding events here on our website under the RSVP section!

Question

What if I have a special room request?

Answer

All room requests (i.e first floor room only, etc.) should be listed in the "requests" section on the booking website.

Question

I already booked my room but I need to make a name or date change. What do I do?

Answer

Date or name changes on reservations already made through Liberty Travel should not be a problem until much closer to the wedding date. Please email customercare@libertytravel.com with your reservation # and change request, and one of their support coordinators will respond.
